Make your own face wash

Squeeze a lemon into glass and add one table spoon (15ml) of honey into it. Mix them and wash your face with this natural face wash. This will keep your skin hydrated and moist. If you have dry skin or suffer from any type of skin allergy you can add 15 ml of milk rather than lemon. You can store this mixture into glass jar and keep it in cool and dry place for further use. 

 Exfoliation/Exfoliate your skin

Exfoliation will remove all the dead cells from your skin.
For exfoliation you need 4 ingredients:

  • Sugar
  • Honey
  • Grape seed oil
  • Yogurt

After mixing these ingredients you can apply this while before taking shower. Apply this scrub to your face and move your fingers into circular motion.

 Remember: Don’t exfoliate your skin more than three times a week.

Face mask

Now you can make your own natural face mask at home without going to market and spending your money on expensive masks.

Take 2 tbsp (11.5g) of oat powder and mix it with 1 teaspoon of yogurt and honey. The paste will be formed. Apply this paste over your face and let it dry. Wash it with luke warm water and observe amazing results.

Homemade remedy for dry skin

You can use oil instead of lotion to overcome dryness of skin.

  1. For face: olive oil, coconut oil, sesame oil
  2. For body: almond oil, avocado oil, jojoba oil

However, there are some general recommendations to take care of skin in daily routine:

  • Use sunscreen.
  • Seek shade. 
  • Wear protective clothing
  • Don’t smoke
  • Treat your skin gently
  • Eat a healthy diet along with you can take dietary supplements of vit. E and B- complex
  • Drink at least 6-8 glass of water daily to keep your skin hydrated
  • Manage stress
  • Do exercise regularly to strengthen your skin muscles.
